Prince William 'looked up to the Queen' after death of Diana

William described his grandmother as a "strong female influence"
William, 33, was also asked if he had any particularly fond childhood memories of the Queen, and with a smile he recalled an incident when she gave him and his cousins a huge telling off.

He explained: "(We) were on a quad bike in Balmoral and we were chasing zara around who was on a go-cart. peter and I managed to herd Zara into a lamppost and the lamppost came down and nearly squashed her.

"I remember my grandmother being the first person out and running across the lawn in her kilt. She came charging over and gave us the most almighty b*****king. itemprop=
The Prince has the Queen's full backing when it came to balancing his responsibilities
"That sort of stuck in my mind from that moment on that I really should be a little bit more careful about what I'm doing and try not to kill my cousins."

William went on to speak about the  recent critism he has received while trying to balance his royal duties with his family life and his job as an air ambulance pilot, and insisted he had his grandmother’s full backing.

"Surprisingly, she is very supportive of what I'm doing at the moment - she understands that I'm a family man and I want to be around for my children as much as I can," he said.

"Whilst we've got three very active generations of the family, she's very much at the helm, the Queen, she's incredibly active and her schedule is packed. My father is very active, charitably and otherwise - and there's me, Harry, Catherine and everyone else so there's a time and a place for taking on more and more responsibilities, and that will come."

She shoots, she doesn't score: Messi blocks Miss BumBum on Instagram

Messi's little BumBum Latino.jpg
Lionel Messi’s wife keeps a tight leash on the Argentine soccer star. There’s no if, ands or buts about it.
But there is at least one butt involved.
Messi’s missus, Antonella Roccuzzo, forced the soccer star to block the Brazilian beauty and Miss BumBum contest winner, Suzy Cortez, on Instagram after the model barraged the FC Barcelona forward with a slew of sexy photos.
In one of the more risqué ones (actually they’re all risqué, but this one might take the cake), Cortez is shown from behind in a Barcelona jersey and shorts that have been painted on. A frontal shot shows features Cortez in her body-painted jersey discretely covering just one of her breasts.

Man Worried About Wife’s Pit Bull When Baby Is Born Is Completely Blown Away by What He Does

Given the horror stories that are routinely covered by the media, it’s easy to understand how people with no personal experiences with pit bulls could think they are all ticking time bombs.  Greg Heynen was one of them.  Until he saw the amazing thing that his wife’s dog Zack did after his daughter was born…
This is Greg’s story:
My wife and I owned two dogs that we had owned before we met and brought into the marriage. Her dog was a pit bull/Labrador cross named Zack, and he hated me. When our daughter was born, I said to the wife, ‘If he so much as nips at the baby, he’s gone.’”
We brought our daughter home in a car seat, and both dogs sniffed and licked her, tails wagging. I had to pull Zack away from her because he wouldn’t stop licking her. Zack immediately became my daughter’s protector, and when she was lying on a blanket on the floor, he always had to have one foot on the blanket.
Zack loved my daughter immensely, and when she became a little older always walked her to bed, and then slept on the bed with her. He somehow knew whenever it was time to go upstairs, and he would wait at the foot of the stairs for her, and then follow her up to bed.
Zack was poisoned by some dirtbag neighbor kids, and we had one of the worst days of our lives. Watching my daughter say goodbye to him as he laid still on the kitchen floor, my wife and I were both sobbing.

At 8:00 that night, my daughter walked to the stairs to go to bed. At that moment, all three of us realized what was about to happen. After five years, she didn’t have Zack to accompany her upstairs. She looked at her mother and me with a look of horror and panic.
It was at that moment that my dog, who loved my daughter dearly, but was not in Zack’s league, stood up, walked over to her, and nudged her with his head. He put his foot on the stairs, and looked up at her. They walked up to bed, with my daughter holding tightly to his neck.

Swansea directors face windfall as American takeover edges closer

Swansea City's American takeover is edging closer to completion - and BBC Wales has learned which club directors are selling or keeping their shares.
US businessmen Jason Levien and Steve Kaplan  that is in talks to buy a 60% stake.
The value of shares is understood to have increased tenfold since the current board took charge in 2002, with the club now valued at about £100m.
Swansea City Supporters' Trust will retain its full 21.1% stake.
Chairman Huw Jenkins and vice-chairman Leigh Dineen, who will stay in their roles, will keep a reduced part of their current holdings, which are 13.2% and 5.3% respectively.
Hotelier, entrepreneur and lifelong fan Martin Morgan and wife Louisa hold the biggest stake in the Swans - 23.7% in the name of their company OTH Limited, though those shares could be divided and a small amount retained.
New York-based South Africa-born businessman Brian Katzen - who was part of the  that helped save the club in 2002 - will sell most of the 21.1% stake he has with business partner Jeffrey Crevoiserat.
Rob Davies, who ran Liberty Properties - title sponsors of the club's stadium, will sell his 10.5% holding, while Dutch businessman John van Zweden, who owns 5.3%, will also sell up.
The increase in the value of shares means a stake such as Davies' 10.5%, which would have cost £105,000 in 2002, could make the Ospreys director more than £10m.

How will Americans invest?

The not-for-profit supporters' trust has previously told BBC Wales Sport it has  about the nature of the American investment, eager to discover how much will be spent on the club once the shares have been bought.
Levien and Kaplan are understood to be keen to buy Swansea's home ground, Liberty Stadium, which is owned by the local council, with a view to increasing its capacity.
More from BBC Wales Sport

Swansea's directors have been impressed by Levien and Kaplan's plans, with Jenkins stating when news of the takeover first broke that additional investment would
Levien, the managing general partner of Major League Soccer side DC United, has been in Wales to continue discussions and was at St James' Park on Saturday to watch Swansea lose to Newcastle.
He and Kaplan, principal of Oaktree Capital investment fund and vice-chairman of NBA franchise Memphis Grizzlies, had initially been negotiating a deal which would have seen them acquire more than 75% of Swansea's shares.
That would effectively have given the American consortium complete control, including the power to issue more shares.
However, the modified acquisition of 60% will see the trust retain its 21.1% stake and ensure continuity at board level with the retention of Jenkins and Dineen.
The deal is still expected to completed by the end of the Premier League season.

Ireland's Conor McGregor has been withdrawn from the Ultimate Fighting Championship's main event in July, just hours after tweeting he was retiring.

In a tweet posted on Tuesday, McGregor wrote: "I have decided to retire young. Thanks for the cheese. Catch ya's later."
The 27-year-old's coach, John Kavanagh,  "Was fun while it lasted."
Many mixed martial arts fans on social media reacted to McGregor's message with shock but others expressed doubt he was really planning to quit.
Diaz responded to McGregor's comment with a tweet of his own: "I guess my work here is done. I'm retiring too."
The American, 31, beat McGregor by choking the featherweight champion into submission.
McGregor was previously unbeaten since signing to UFC in 2013, with career earnings in excess of $2.8m (£1.94m).
He has made significantly more in sponsorship and promotional work.
On Monday, McGregor posted pictures of himself training in Iceland before his rematch with Diaz.
However, just a week ago, he issued a statement talking of his sadness following t after a fight in Dublin.
"It is such a rare occurrence that I don't know how to take this," McGregor, who watched the fight from ringside, wrote.
In an interview with ESPN, White attempted to clarify the situation, insisting McGregor was obligated to come to Las Vegas to promote UFC 200.
"I respect Conor as a fighter and I like him as a person, but you can't decide not to show up to these things," he said.
"He's in Iceland training. He felt leaving right now would hurt his training, but every other fighter on the card is coming."

Sergio Henao: Team Sky rider withdrawn for second time over data concerns

Team Sky have withdrawn Sergio Henao from riding after concerns about his biological passport data resurfaced.
said Henao, 28, had been contacted by cycling's governing body and   about data between August 2011 and June 2015.
The Colombian said he was "beyond disappointed", having missed three months in 2014 over similar concerns.
"I know who I am, how hard I have worked and the sacrifices I have made to be where I am today," he added.
Henao was voluntarily withdrawn by Team Sky in 2014 while they carried out research into the biological characteristics of riders who live and train at high altitude.
They said the results revealed nothing to raise suspicions of wrongdoing.
Team Sky stressed Henao had not failed a doping test and had been withdrawn because of the "very obvious distraction to him".
"We continue to support Sergio and remain confident in the independent scientific research which was undertaken," the team added.
"It is our hope that this can be looked at and resolved quickly by all the relevant authorities so Sergio can start racing again soon."
A specialist climber, Henao signed with Team Sky in 2012 and finished in the top 10 in his first Grand Tour, the 2012 Giro d'Italia.

Russia to unveil anti-doping reforms in race for Rio 2016 return

Mariya Savinova (R) and Ekaterina Poistogova
Russian athletes Ekaterina Poistogova and Mariya Savinova, who came third and first respectively in the women's 800m final at London 2012, were recommended for a lifetime ban in Wada's November report
Russia is to announce a range of reforms designed to restore trust in its scandal-ridden anti-doping agency, BBC Sport has learned.
The country hopes the measures will see its international athletics ban lifted.
All Russian track and field athletes intending to compete in August's Rio Games will undergo a minimum of three independent anti-doping controls.
These will be carried out by the sport's governing body, the IAAF, in addition to existing anti-doping steps.
BBC Sport has learned two independent international experts will also be granted full access to the Russian anti-doping agency (Rusada) in Moscow from the end of April.
The experts - nominated by the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) - will be tasked with ensuring the Russian anti-doping system is free of any interference and is fully independent.
"Russia is implementing all necessary reforms," said Russia's Minister of Sport Vitaly Mutko. "We are 100% supportive of Wada's efforts, alongside the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and IAAF, to stamp out cheating."
Russia's athletics federation  in November last year after being accused of "state-sponsored" doping.
According to a Wada commission report, the London 2012 Games were "sabotaged" by Russian dopers and the country's security services were involved in the large-scale doping programme.
Moscow lab officials were also found to have been responsible for the "malicious destruction" of 1417 samples, while a follow-up report by the commission found evidence that the cheating was linked to corruption at the highest levels of the IAAF.
Rusada - and its Moscow laboratory - were subsequently found non-compliant with international anti-doping standards and lost their accreditation

Golf Australia chief executive Stephen Pitt said: "We're obviously disappointed Adam will not play because he's one of the best players in the world but we understand his position."

Davis Cup: Great Britain to face Serbia on clay in Belgrade

Great Britain will continue the defence of their Davis Cup title by facing Novak Djokovic's Serbia team on clay at the Tasmajdan Stadium in Belgrade.
The quarter-final tie takes place outdoors from 15-17 July.
"Now we know the surface and venue, our preparations can go to the next level," said GB captain Leon Smith.
Serbia, winners in 2010, beat a GB side containing Andy Murray the last time they met in 2006, with Djokovic winning both his singles rubbers in a 3-2 win.
GB began this season's campaign with a 3-1 over japan in Birmingham, while Serbia defeated Kazakhstan 3-2.

Bernie Ecclestone: Women drivers in F1 would not be taken seriously

Bernie Ecclestone says female drivers would "not be taken seriously" in Formula 1 and believes they are "not physically" able to drive a car fast.
The F1 boss made his controversial comments at an advertising conference.
He added that Russian president Vladimir Putin "should be running Europe" and expressed support for US presidential candidate Donald Trump.
The 85-year-old Englishman also claimed immigrants have not made a contribution to the United Kingdom.
Britain's triple Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is the grandson of immigrants to Britain from the Caribbean island of Grenada.
It is not the first time Ecclestone has caused controversy. In 2009, he praised Adolf Hitler as a man "who was able to get things done".
Ecclestone was speaking to businessman and F1 non-executive director Sir Martin Sorrell at an Advertising Week Europe conference.
His remarks about female drivers sparked plenty of reaction.
British driver Pippa Mann, who has competed four times in the Indianapolis 500 and is a race winner in the US Indy Lights series,  "Sigh. #HereWeGoAgain."
She added: "Perhaps someone should remind him that IndyCar doesn't have power steering, and we're strong enough to drive those."
Susie Wolff was the most recent woman to pursue a racing career in F1.
The Scot started working with Williams in 2012, after racing for seven years in the German Touring Car Championship.
She spent three years involved in test and development work and drove in four practice sessions over the 2014 and 2015 seasons - becoming the first woman to take part in a grand prix weekend for more than 20 years.
one of the main issues behind a lack of females in the sport was young girls "have no-one to aspire to growing up".

Female drivers in F1
Maria Teresa de Filippis: 5 races (1958-69), 3 starts - 0 points
Lella Lombardi: 17 races (1974-76), 12 starts - 0.5 points
Divina Galica: 3 races (1976 & 78), 0 starts (did not qualify)
Desire Wilson: 1 race (1980), 0 starts (did not qualify)
Giovanna Amati: 3 races (1992), 0 starts (did not qualify)
But the 33-year-old dismissed claims women lack the strength to cope with the demands of the sport.
"We have 30% less muscle, so we have to work hard, but there's no reason why females can't get strong enough to race an F1 car," she said.
Wolff eventually and set up Dare to be Different, an initiative aimed at increasing the number of women in motorsport.
Ecclestone added that he thought an increasing number of women will take F1 chief executive positions in the future because they "are more competent" and "don't have massive egos".
Claire Williams is currently the deputy team principal of Williams, having joined as a family representative on the board in 2012.

Manuel Neuer: Bayern Munich goalkeeper signs new five-year contract

Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has signed a new five-year deal with Bayern Munich.
World Cup winner Neuer's previous deal was to expire in 2019, and he follows team-mates Jerome Boateng, Thomas Muller, David Alaba and Javi Martinez in committing to the club until 2021.
The Germany international, 30, has won three Bundesliga titles, two German Cups and the Champions League since joining Bayern from Schalke in 2011.
Pep Guardiola's team are on course to win the treble this season.
The Bavarians beat Werder Bremen 2-0 in their German Cup semi-final on Tuesday and will play the winner of Wednesday's game between Hertha Berlin and Borussia Dortmund in the final.
They have a seven-point lead over Dortmund at the top of the Bundesliga with four games left and play Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals.
This season will be Guardiola's last at the club before he takes over at Manchester City, with former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti succeeding him.

Ronny Deila: Celtic manager to leave club in summer

Ronny Deila is to quit as Celtic manager at the end of the season, with the Premiership leaders announcing it was the Norwegian's decision to leave.
Neil Lennon, who Deila succeeded in 2014, has already said he
News of Deila's exit comes three days after a Scottish Cup  by city rivals Rangers at Hampden Park.
"There have been some disappointments and times when we have not achieved what we had hoped for,"
"I'm realistic and honest enough to admit that."
Lennon is a free agent after leaving English Championship side Bolton Wanderers but is not the only potential candidate.Last season's Scottish League Cup final victory over Dundee United was Deila's first trophy with Celtic
Roy Keane has been mentioned as a possible replacement, while two other former Celtic players - David Moyes and Malky Mackay - have not distanced themselves from the job in recent weeks.
Deila, who in his homeland, claimed in February that he  Celtic.
He led them to the title and League Cup last season and they currently lead the Scottish Premiership by eight points from Aberdeen with five games remaining.
However, Celtic have had two disappointing European campaigns, failing to reach the Champions League group stage in consecutive seasons and finishing bottom of their Europa League pool this term.
Deila's position had attracted increasing speculation, especially in the wake of the cup defeat by Rangers.
"It is vital that the club comes first and, instead of me being the focus, hopefully now the team and the club can be the focus as we enter this final important period of the season," he told the club's website.
"It was an absolute privilege to be named manager of Celtic, such a wonderful football club, and I have enjoyed my time here immensely.
"There have been some great times and I am delighted that we have brought some trophies to the club."
Deila said he now wanted to focus on securing Celtic a fifth successive league title before leaving the Glasgow club.

Celtic chairman Ian Bankier said Delia, 40, was "a fine man with strong values of honesty and integrity".
He added: "He has had some success, which we have enjoyed, and I know all our fans will back Ronny and the players as he looks to bring us more success in the shape of a second league title.
"We are all Celtic supporters and we all know that there can be disappointments in football, but I know Ronny is a man who has given his very best to the job and someone who will always care passionately about the club
"The club, as always, will give Ronny our full support until the end of the season. We will then make a decision regarding our next manager with the objective of remaining Scotland's pre-eminent club."
Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell said: "Ronny has given everything to Celtic during the past two years and we thank him for his contribution to the club.
"He is a man of real humility, someone of tremendous character, and I personally wish him nothing but success for the future."

Ecuador earthquake: Death toll jumps as search continues

The number of people killed in a powerful earthquake that struck Ecuador over the weekend has risen to about 350, the government has said.
There have been desperate scenes as rescuers and family members searched for survivors, often with bare hands.
Teams from Switzerland, Spain and several Latin American countries have arrived to join the search effort.
More than 2,000 people were injured in the quake, Ecuador's most powerful in decades, which hit its Pacific coast.
Earlier, President Rafael Correa warned that the death toll was likely to rise, and said there were still people alive under the rubble of collapsed buildings. He said it was the biggest tragedy to hit Ecuador in the past seven decades.
President Correa visited some of the people affected by the disaster after cutting short a visit to Italy to return to his home country.
"I fear that figure will go up because we keep on removing rubble," a shaken Mr Correa said in a televised address. "There are signs of life in the rubble, and that is being prioritised."
The president warned that the quake will cost Ecuador billions of dollars. It comes at a time when the oil-producing country is already reeling from the slump in global crude prices.
Correspondents say that while the country's energy industry survived the quake mostly intact - the main refinery of Esmeraldas was closed as a precaution - exports of bananas, flowers, cocoa beans and fish could be delayed because of impassable roads and hold-ups at ports.

Ex-BBA Winner Expresses His Excitement At Having His First Child With Wema Sepetu

Idris Sultan can’t get over the excitement of having a baby with actress Wema Sepetu.
His paternal instincts seem to have kicked in. He can’t help but post endless photos on social media detailing his joy at having a baby with Wema.

This brings great happiness to Wema who had been trolled for being barren following an abortion gone wrong.

An expectant Wema has withdrawn from alcohol and any other form of narcotics for the sake of her baby. Judging from her snapchat the lass prefers healthier alternatives such as fruits and milk.

If the rumours are correct, this is a baby East Africans can’t wait to see in 8 months as the actress is already in her first month.

Idris on the other hand posted the photos below to express his joy.

KENYA: VANESSA leaks a conversation between her and a sponsor, These men are desperate

Popular city socialite, Vanessa Chettle, has exposed how some sponsors are desperate by leaking a private conversation she had with a wealthy man who was willing to fly her to Zanzibar for a weekend treat but  after realizing that the s3xy socialite was not interested in his vibes, he further exposed his desperation by requesting her to link him up with any lady who was willing to pocket Ksh 100,000 to keep him company. And mind you, the KSh 100,000 was just for keeping him company and not s3x.

The leaked conversation shows you how  sponsors are desperate and that's why most local socialites are swimming in money because their demand is so high.
